The first step is to click Contacts --> View Leads from the main menu in the members area, or click http://www.boostmyonlinebiz.com/view.php when you are logged into your account. Next select the leads you wish to download and click "Download My Leads" at the bottom of the page. Leads are downloaded in CSV format: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma-separated_values
